Really easy to order on the machines and your name is on the screen for pickup. The food is super cheap especially for NYC. It tastes pretty good. It's not the best food in general but overall pretty good. It's easy to spend a lot but if you don't you're getting a pretty good deal.

I love coming to this specific taco bell! You get your order in between 3 to 5 minutes of placing your order. Ingredients are fresh. Not stale or tasting outdated. The customers should truly learn how to clean up behind themselves when discarding their meals when they are finished. Staff is usually there to clean up any empty tables. I enjoy coming here! And try their slushies! Worth the money!

Cannot get simple orders right. Not very sanitary, meat smeared all over counter. Also, very slow and more expensive than other Taco Bells

Love that Taco Bell has finally opened up at this location. So close to work for me. This place is brand new so it’s pretty inside out, staff are super nice and timely order receipts too for me so far. I tried the Potato Fiesta Burrito and well as the Mini Skillet bowl at this location. This is the coolest place ever. You come up, order your stuff from a little kiosk and can pay for it right there. And then it shows if they've gotten your order on a big screen and then it shows when your order is ready on a big screen.. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes and I was in and out of there. Food was great, nice atmosphere with music, however it's near Time Square so it's very crowded. And they're open till 3 a.m. which helps too.

Honestly, for Taco Bell food, I rather enjoyed it! I thought the inside would be a little more bar-like, but it’s just like a regular Taco Bell with the addition of being able to get drinks from the counter. They have craft beer, domestic beer and frozen sangrias where you can add liquor.

This Taco Bell location won't disappoint. The moment you get into the store you are overwhelmed with all the amazing flavor coming out of the kitchen, enticing you to buy all of the items from the menu 😁. The place is big enough yet it's never crowded: you will always find a place to sit without feeling like you are on top of strangers while enjoying your 🌮 s. Some of the tables have outlets and USB ports to charge your portable devices, which is a plus for me!! Well done, Taco Bell!!

Taco Bell is always solid... though giving this one 4/5 stars for the time I went there and they told me they ran out if tortillas... then offered to sell me a crunchwrap supreme and put it in the system, only to tell me they couldn't sell me that... because they ran out of tortillas. Great otherwise though!

Newest Taco Bell in the area. Excellent self-service stations, as well as, friendly cashiers. Very clean and good beer service. More than I expect from any regular Taco Bell.

Went to a Cantina location for the first time with my SO. Definitely a step up from regular Taco Bell in terms of service and options. We were served by a gentleman named Juan, who not only saw us waiting, but cleaned the counter for us before taking our order. On top of that, he was incredibly helpful in accommodating my difficult requests, and the food was delivered instantly. Great staff/energy here!

Very nice, fresh food. Great prices for centre of Manhattan! The staff were really lovely and the place was clean. Only gave 4 stars as I felt the food could have been spicier.

Regarding the Nacho Cheese Taco, please find a solution for the consistently soggy "hard" chip taco! Outside of this, great meat & cheese portions. Typically runs early on UberEATS!

Good location. Has free WiFi and multiple power outlets! They do impose a 30 min timeout for sitting after you've ordered food. Washroom is for customers only and needs a code to access. Service is fast (though it wasn't busy when I visited) enough.

This place gets very crowded coz hey! it's Taco Bell, the food is good and the prices are inexpensive. They have their $5 lunch deals and free refills on their beverages. Service is fast and friendly at this location...so get here early and eat-in or take your food on the go!

This Taco Bell "Cantina" features several ordering kiosks in NYC style design including graffiti walls and TV’s with local news and sports. The setup allows you to use the kiosk to order your meal and once completed your name is displayed on a screen. The location has an open kitchen where you can see your meal made and your name is called once your order is ready. I ordered the soft and hard tacos with a coke and a steak quesadilla. The tacos were perfectly made and taste great with very fresh lettuce and lots of cheese. The steak quesadilla was ok but would not reorder.

So, I was walking down the street looking for food because I am going home on a train all the way to the other side of the country. I walk in confused about where to order. I met a very nice lady at the cashier. I wanted to find something I liked that was vegetarian and I was going for my go to a 7 Layer Burrito. I was checking with her to make sure it vegetarian and she offered to show me others things and to make substitutes. That was so nice. The food was great I forgot to get mild sauce my favorite because I was in a rush but I was so happy and have new things to get at Taco Bell 🌮 when I return home. She was very nice and went out of her way to help me. She even showed me visuals so I would know what it looked like before ordering. I ended up ordering a few things.

Very Modern Feel. The Staff is friendly and efficiency fast with filling orders. 🌮Protection Officer present to give the "travellers" a sense of VIP status and security while you dine at this 5 star restaurant. Dont forget your hot sauces to all the Single Ladies- might even get a marriage proposal!

Love the modern design and the digital order machines. Counter designs reasonably, they have a pickup screen in the pickup bar, you can check the screen instead waiting anxiously for the call. However, food quality is not good in this location. Veggie always so cold like straightly take out from the fridge.

Decent Taco Bell location with a lot of options. Very busy but has quick service.

Can be fairly busy but is your best option for Taco Bell in NYC. It’s fun new and has beer if you want. Digital order screens but you can still order from people if you want. Wait can be a bit long if they’re slammed and you need to go to the pick up place to get your drink fast but not much to complain about. They also sell Taco Bell merch if that’s your thing

I love the manager there. He doesnt get aggy or upset when customers are upset. He told me today if im happy he happy.

It's taco Bell. Let number 9 reign supreme! But it's the cantina! Got a shot of tequila in my Baja blast. Don't forget it's a taco Bell so no in depth review. This location is on point with consistency. Enjoy the pics!
